For a business built on trust and expertise, an outdated site actively hurt credibility with prospective clients. I designed and built a full redesign from scratch, restructuring the site around a clear step-by-step process (consultation, preparation, submission, result), a breakdown of services by visa and residency type, transparent pricing, and a blog for ongoing content and SEO. The result replaced the legacy system entirely with something modern and maintainable.
